- Mike Massey, widely known as Yoga Mike, is the Founder of 33 degree Yoga and Bodywork. Mike received his yoga certification in 2014. During his yoga training, Mike developed a special set of skills and a personal approach to delivering yoga to his community. As a life-long Roxbury resident, Mike has experienced all of the ups and downs the city of Boston has to offer. Knowing the intricacies of the urban lifestyle has given Mike a unique style - so much so that he often works with the Boston Public School system to encourage and help heal the youth.
